Thomas Holme

Thomas Holme grew up in Shakopee, Minnesota. Stayed in Minnesota for all of his education as well as to be closer to his family. Some of his hobbies include fishing, hunting, golfing, watching/playing hockey as well as volunteering Lifeline Pilot. Mr. Holme currently lives in Minneapolis with his finance and their dog.
Mr. Holme has built a career at the intersection of hard work, innovation, and vision. With a background in construction, he understands the importance of strong foundations-not just in buildings, but in the way we power our communities. Over the years, Thomas has gained hands-on experience in every stage of construction, giving him a practical understanding of how energy use and efficiency directly impact both costs and the environment.
As a licensed pilot, Thomas also brings a unique perspective: one that looks beyond the horizon. Aviation has sharpened his awareness of efficiency, precision, and the urgent need for sustainable energy solutions in a changing world. From the sky, the effects of climate and environmental change are clear, fueling Thomas’s passion for sustainable development.
Bridging these two worlds, Thomas is dedicated to promoting green energy solutions that don’t just imagine the future, but actively build it. Whether it’s advocating for renewable integration in construction projects, supporting clean energy innovation, or engaging with communities to inspire change, he believes that the path forward is one where human progress and environmental stewardship go hand in hand.

Ben Peterson
Founder & President of Technologies
Ben Peterson is the Founder and President of Technologies. Mr. Peterson is originally from Minnesota where he completed all his education so he could be closer to family and friends. He is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys spending time with his dog Celtic and exploring the ocean through kayaking and paddle boarding. When visiting family in Minnesota, he cherishes quality time with loved ones and takes advantage of the natural surroundings to fish and hike. Beyond the outdoors, Mr. Peterson is an active community member who enjoys attending sporting events, concerts, energy/power conventions and volunteering at local events.
Ben is dedicated and results-driven energy professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for sustainable energy development, clean technologies, and innovation-driven solutions. His work centers on advancing the global energy transition through research, development, and deployment of low-carbon and renewable energy systems, including solar photovoltaics (PV), wind energy, battery storage, green hydrogen and grid modernization technologies. With expertise spanning energy systems engineering, environmental science, and techno-economic analysis, Ben focuses on integrating renewable energy into complex energy infrastructures to enhance system reliability, resilience, and efficiency. His approach combines a deep understanding of clean energy technologies with data-driven modeling, lifecycle assessment, and optimization methodologies to inform smart, scalable deployment strategies.
Bringing over 9 years of industry experience to the forefront of energy and power generation innovation. With a career spanning more than 700 consulting projects across the United States. Mr. Peterson is known for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and results-driven approach to solving complex challenges for corporations and businesses. He combines technical insight with sharp business acumen-delivering solutions that are both forward – thinking and commercially viable. Throughout his career, Mr. Peterson has collaborated with cross-functional teams in academia, industry, and the public sector to drive forward impactful projects aligned with decarbonization, climate resilience, and sustainable development goals (SDGs). He is particularly motivated by interdisciplinary challenges that require bridging technical expertise with systems thinking, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Mr. Peterson’s on going commitment is to contribute meaningfully to the design of future-ready, sustainable energy systems that are not only technologically sound and economically viable, but also socially inclusive and environmentally just.
In 2022, Ben was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive cancer. After going through 2 years of aggressive chemotherapy and radiation therapy Ben has been in remission for 18 months now and is back to work and living in St Petersburg, Florida. With whatever time he has left, he has vowed to dedicate every waking moment to building a brighter future -for our country, and for the generations yet to come.
